These Terms & Conditions govern admission to and participation in any course, program, or service offered by ABS Educational Solution through the website absadmission.com and at its premises. By submitting an admission application, paying any fee, or enrolling, the student and the parent or guardian confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every clause set out below.
Please read this document carefully and retain a copy for your records. The Declaration at the end must be signed by both the student and the parent or guardian as a condition of admission.
Acceptance of terms
Admission is offered strictly subject to acceptance of these terms. Continuing with an application, making any payment, or attending classes constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this policy by both the student and the parent or guardian.
ABS Educational Solution may revise these terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on absadmission.com and notified through official channels, and the version in force on the date of your transaction applies to that transaction.
Definitions
- “Institute” / “College” / “we” means ABS Educational Solution, operating the website absadmission.com.
- “Student” means any person who applies for or is granted admission to a course or program.
- “Parent” means the parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms alongside the student.
- “Fees / dues” means any amount payable to the Institute, including admission, tuition, examination, and other charges.
- “Course” means the full program of study a student is admitted to, for its entire duration.
Course completion & discontinuation
A student admitted to a particular course is expected to complete the full course at this Institute. Discontinuation of the course, for any reason whatsoever, will be permitted only after full payment of the fees and dues for the entire remaining period of that course.
Leaving the course early does not reduce the amount owed: the student or parent remains liable for the balance of fees for the complete course duration.
Fees, dues & payment schedule
The exact last date for payment of fees will be published on the notice board and the official college WhatsApp group from time to time. Students and parents are responsible for referring to these channels and paying on or before the stated dates.
No extension of the payment deadline will be granted and no excuse for late payment will be entertained. Non-payment of fees or college dues may result in denial of services, including the consequences set out in the Examination Eligibility section below.
Examination eligibility
A student may be denied the issue of an examination application form or examination hall ticket on any of the following grounds:
- Indiscipline or breach of the Institute’s rules.
- Non-payment of fees or college dues.
- Shortage of attendance.
- Unsatisfactory academic progress.
- Absence from class tests or preparatory examinations, or consistently low scores.
Eligibility to appear for examinations is conditional on discipline, cleared dues, sufficient attendance, and satisfactory academic performance.
Code of conduct & discipline
Students are required to maintain discipline and conduct themselves respectfully at all times. The following are strictly prohibited, whether done directly or through abetment or indirect involvement:
- Vandalism, scuffles, physical fights, insubordination, or disrespect towards lecturers and staff.
- Use of abusive language, or any act that may defame the Institute.
- Causing damage to Institute property, furniture, fixtures, classrooms, switches, light points, and similar fittings.
- Consumption of liquor, tobacco, cigarettes, pan masala, gutka, or any narcotic substance; entering the Institute after consuming any such substance.
- Use of mobile phones in corridors, classrooms, and offices.
- Organising festivities, mass meetings, celebrations, birthdays, or any group activity inside the premises or classrooms.
Any violation may invite severe disciplinary action, including rustication from the classroom, Institute premises, hostel, unit tests, or examinations, as applicable. The cost of any damage caused may be recovered from the responsible student or parent.
Attendance & leaving the premises
Students are not permitted to leave the college premises until all classes and engagements for the day are over. In a genuine emergency or in circumstances beyond the student’s control, the student may leave only with the prior written permission of the concerned professor or the Principal.
Communication & notices
It is the duty of every student and parent to read the circulars placed on the notice boards and sent to the official college WhatsApp groups — in particular the schedule of examinations, the fee schedule, and other updates.
Ignorance of any information communicated through these official channels will not be accepted as an excuse for non-compliance.
Refunds & cancellation
All fees, dues, and payments made to the Institute are non-refundable. Cancellation or discontinuation of an admission does not create any right to a refund.

Governing law & arbitration
These terms are governed by the laws of India. In the event of any dispute or arbitration arising out of or in connection with admission, fees, or these terms, the sole venue for settlement shall be Bangalore, and no other place.
Declaration by student & parent
I have read and understood all the rules, regulations, and policies set out above. I identify myself as an ABS Educational Solution candidate / parent and declare that I will obey and abide by all of the above conditions. I will neither argue against, nor claim any refund for, non-compliance.
I further understand that ABS Educational Solution will not be responsible for any matter arising from a breach of these rules, or from my academic and admission obligations with the concerned Board, University, or College.
